EMPOWHER MIAMI
A Women’s Wellness Summit
Founded by Dr. Jila, EmpowHer Miami is more than just a wellness initiative — it’s a movement to redefine what midlife and beyond can look like for every woman.
In April, Dr. Jila Senemar hosted EmpowHER: A Women’s Wellness Summit at the scenic Garden House & Lawn at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables, Florida. The day-long summit brought together top clinicians, wellness leaders, and keynote speaker Tracy Anderson to explore topics such as menopause and perimenopause, sexual health, mental well-being, and longevity medicine. With a program featuring expert panels, interactive discussions, and a wellness marketplace, attendees immersed themselves in new insights, gained direct access to specialists, and fostered community connections.
The event exceeded expectations, as women left feeling informed, supported, and energized to take control of their health journeys. EmpowHER demonstrated the power of combining education, empathy, and community — uplifting women at every stage of life.

Miami MENOPAUSE COLLECTIVE
Dr. Jila Senemar hosted two sold-out evenings in Miami for the documentary The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause. Guests gathered at Mr. C Coconut Grove for an inspiring screening and interactive panel discussion led by Emmy Award-winning journalist Laurie Jennings. Alongside Dr. Jila and leading medical specialists, the event sparked powerful conversations about menopause, blending expert insights with real stories from women in the audience.
The energy was electric—an open, supportive space where women connected, learned, and felt empowered to take charge of their health. With so much enthusiasm and demand, stay tuned for future events designed to keep the conversation going and bring even more resources and inspiration to our community.
